Mediation & Conflict Resolution

Robert Harrington, Jr. has completed Transformative Mediation Training and Advanced Family Mediation Training and serves as a Mediation Volunteer.

His approach to conflict resolution is informed by transformative mediation, which emphasizes empowerment and recognition. Through dialogue, curiosity, and constructive engagement, he seeks to support individuals in gaining greater clarity, confidence, and agency while fostering a deeper recognition of one another's perspectives.

Transformative mediation recognizes that understanding and agreement are not always possible. Yet when people feel heard, recognized, and empowered, opportunities for more constructive communication and meaningful engagement can emerge.

Understanding Precedes Resolution.
